Welcome to Dancemakers!

DanceMakers is a unique studio offering Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acro, and Kinder Dance, for children and adults from beginner to pre-professional levels. Our highly qualified staff creates an atmosphere that is friendly and supportive, allowing students to learn while they are having fun and getting in shape! We encourage you to ask questions about our programs and to discuss the area that you or your child are considering.

Studio
During the past fifteen years DanceMakers has enjoyed an expansion of programs and enrollment to necessitate a move to a larger home where dance, theatre, art and fitness are facilitated. Our new location at 3195 East Bayshore Road in Owen Sound is a state-of-the-art facility with over 6000 square feet of space, making it the largest dance centre in the Grey Bruce area. 

New in 2009, DanceMakers expanded it's facility and programs to include a 9000 square foot gymnastics facility located beside the dance studio.  This new facility includes all new Speith Anderson equipment including an extra large sprung floor, tumble trak, 2 sets of bars, 4 beams, full vault and runway, and an exclusive kindergym area.  Programs are available for athletes ages 2 and up, from recreational to competitive programs.  Program discounts are available for students who participate in both dance and gymnastics at our facility.  Contact us today to tour our facility!

World Cup "Dance Grand Prix Italia" Champions!
Congratulations to our senior dancers who travelled to Italy to compete at the World Cup.  We came home with three Titles:  First in Contemporary, First in Music Choreography for Dance, and third in Ballet!
